At CEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our streamlined process ensures that your fashion experience remains seamless from checkout to any necessary adjustments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CEN account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
